The Jackson County Housing Authority (JCHA) is committed to doing everything we can to safeguard the health and well-being of our residents and staff. JCHA wants to keep you informed of its operating procedures in accordance with guidance provided by the Governor of the State of Illinois.
The office is OPEN to the public starting on February 14, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The public and residents will be allowed to drop off documents at the office, but will still be required to have an appointment with staff if they wish to meet with them. We will also have a standard lunch hour from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for all administrative/office staff and the phones will be forwarded to the answering service during that time.
Work orders can still be called in during the lunch hour by dialing extension #113.
